Why Our Roof Inspections Are Different
Most roofing companies offer "free inspections" as a sales tactic — a quick 10-minute walk on your roof followed by a pitch for a new roof whether you need one or not. Our inspections are fundamentally different. They're performed by Haag Engineering-certified inspectors using a structured 21-point evaluation protocol specifically designed to identify storm damage patterns that insurance adjusters need to see.
The difference matters because insurance claims aren't about opinions — they're about evidence. An inspector who says "your roof looks damaged" gets claims denied. An inspector who documents specific hail impact density per test square, measures wind-driven rain penetration angles, and photographs granule displacement patterns gets claims approved. That's the level of documentation we provide — at absolutely no cost to you.

When Should You Get a Roof Inspection?
We recommend a professional inspection after any of these events:
After any severe storm: If your area experienced hail, high winds, or tornado warnings, get your roof inspected within 30 days. Many types of storm damage are invisible from the ground but create accelerated deterioration that worsens over time.
If you see warning signs: Granules in your gutters, ceiling water stains, daylight visible through roof boards, sagging roof lines, or damaged shingles visible from the ground all warrant immediate inspection.
Before buying or selling a home: A pre-purchase roof inspection identifies potential problems before closing. A pre-sale inspection with documentation of good condition protects you from post-sale liability claims.
Every 3-5 years (preventive): Regular inspections catch minor issues before they become major problems and maintain your warranty compliance.
What Happens After the Inspection?
If our inspection finds legitimate storm damage, we present you with our findings, explain your insurance coverage options, and — with your permission — handle the entire claims process from documentation to installation. If no storm damage is found, we'll tell you honestly. We don't fabricate damage to generate work. Our reputation is built on integrity, and 17 years of 98% claim approvals proves it.
